How can players benefit from Skins airdrops in Angrymals?

One of the most hilarious aspects of Angrymals must be Skins. And it’s not a secret that more and more games in the last few years started to heavily step on it. After all, they perfectly appeal to the players who want to express their likings and personality (or their appreciation of other IPs) but also to collectors who want to… catch ‘em all, so to speak.

Skins and airdrop

That’s why, starting this week, we’ll step up our game by releasing lots of new Skins, regularly and in rapid succession! Check out last week’s latest entry, the Watt’s Guardians, parody of some international 90’s franchise we don’t know if you heard of (something with dino-robots and colorful spandex suits 😏).

Good news also for our NFT holders, who will receive for free some of the new Skins the very day of their release! And I mean the release of the Skins, not of the holders. They are free and well, as far as we know.

This is how it works: the free Skins will be “airdropped” directly to your game account at the official time of their launch, provided that you have an Angrymals NFT used as your in-game profile picture/banner, and that said NFT matches the rarity requirements (get ready with a “rare” or higher NFT for our next airdrop!).

To link your account you must first own one of those Angrymals NFTs (you can get them on Fractal or Magic Eden if you want!), jump to and follow the instructions to connect your Solana wallet and game account. It’s super easy and shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes.
Please note that later on, in order to actually use a Skin, you must also own the corresponding Race (Watt’s Guardians are Sharks, for example) or have it available in the weekly free Races rotation.

Stay tuned for this week’s Skin airdrop, and remember to follow us on social media to keep an eye to all the news, opportunities and ludicrous content we dish out!
